no because you could just make several accounts and get all the ur and sr you want with the free gems they give to new players and send the cards to your main account.

they legally have to allow trading because its a tcg. If they don't add it you can sue!

No, you can't. Konami won't let players trade their card forever unless they found a way to solve real cash trading issue
