I can't unlock Bandit Keith

You dont need new ones just machines in general, a good tip is to duel level 10 Keith cause he can give machines as his rares and level 30 if you wanna gamble, also if there are no machines left in the dealius mini box and you see nothing else you want just reset i did it and trust me its much better that way.
