How to get cards in Duel Links?

I will play the game but not sure how to obtain cards in the app. Do players pay for cards? If so, how do that payment be done? I think some of smartphone games has Gacha system. Does that system be equipped?

You can get cards by purchasing a pack, leveling characters up, winning a duel, visiting the Card Trader, and unlocking new characters who have their starter decks. To purchase a pack, you need to use an item called Gem. Gem can be obtained by completing missions, leveling up characters, and so on. If you do not have enough gems, you can buy them by in-app payment.
