If my phone was stolen how do I retrieve a duel-links account? Does my account save based on my google account? Will there be a facebook login feature available in the future?

I assume you are still in control. Head to Konami's website and create a konami id. While in the game go through settings and sync your phine with your konami id. If you then lose your phone the account is locked to your konami id and can be safely restored.
