Can I receive cards I payed for that I didn't originally get?

I purchased exactly 8 Packs of the "Chaotic Compliance" with gems and accidentally closed the app. When I opened the app I was hoping it was gonna say reboot or resume with the card packages similarly to a duel. However, I checked the "Purchase History" and it says I bought them, but I didn't receive the cards. I even went to the Card Studio to double check in the recent cards I received to see if they added them automatically, but I didn't have any new add on cards. Please help me get my missing packages.

So I bought an obelisk support pack and never received a card I have my receipt and I've message Konami about it and they never said anything to me. I've sent my receipt I've sent multiple emails and nothing dude, honestly don't think they care enough

I've experienced similar thing in the past. The missing cards added after i restart the app though.

But you can only try to contact the konami support with all informations you have and hope that they will not be heartless and give you at least your gems back.
