The list I'm playing atm since I don't have Sonic Bird and Senju is:
Monster (12):
2x RELINQUISHED
1x SPHERE KURIBOH (can be replaced with WIND OF ETAQUA)

For your duellist you want to take Mai Valentine with "Aroma Strategy" since she always shows you the next card you're drawing. There are two reasons why this is op: first, you can always make the best out of your turns because you already know the next card you're drawing and by far the more important thing: BUBONIC VERMIN will shuffle your deck each time it activates its effect and summons another one. Since you're seeing your next card you'll have the option to either draw a card with JAR OF GREED before or after the shuffle. Sometimes it's even better to not activate the effect of BUBONIC VERMIN if the next card you're drawing is THE card you need to answer to the opponents board perfectly and you don't have a JAR OF GREED set.
Other good cards you can consider are:
MICHIZURE - pretty much self explaining
RIGOROUS REAVER - as a NEEDLE SUNFISH replacement
CARD TRADER - you can shuffle back unnessesary cards AND you're allowed to change the next card you're drawing, kinda OP!
Side note why i'm not playing Equip-Spells:
I really don't like Equip-Spells since they need a monster to equip with and this can turn them into dead cards if you don't have strong monsters or monsters at all which can happen from time to time. That's why I prefer universal cards like SOG, WB, JOG and TGA.

It's not easy making a good ritual deck without the help of the sonic bird and senjus, you'll just have to put in more kuriboh and use other ways to draw them.
