It's absolutely correct and the reason is how far more broken sams are with the rest of the decks. Even when all the other decks add stuff specifically to counter them they still lose quite easily. Their list is perfectly accurate
Six sams are not worthy of being the first tier-0, they have too many shortcomings. Compared to geartown turbo, who can 🔥 out potentially 3 of their boss monsters in one turn, getting out multiple Shi-en's in one turn is a chore. Not to mention the attack difference, disabling any back row upon attacking and having access to UAG. If the enemy canadia or floodgates your tuner, then you're SOL.
I doesn't matter if six Sam's gets nerfed another deck will come to mess up the game cause as far as we know six Sam's players might as well be past koaki players.
