Toon Cyber Dragon is only useful on its own, as it cannot be used as fusion material for the Cyber Dragon/Chimeratech fusions.

As for why, it doesn't have an effect that treat its name as "Cyber Dragon" (as in, the original), that's why.

Not only it cant be used as cyber dragon and uses it's support ... It also cant attack first turn .. it is toon though ..

Note that any support for "Cyber" monsters still works on Toon Cyber Dragon.

However, it can't be used with anything that specifically ask for the original version.

Any support for "Cyber Dragon" monsters (like Cyber Dragon Core for example, whose effect SS any "Cyber Dragon" monster) also works on Toon Cyber Dragon.

But yeah, if a card asks specifically for Cyber Dragon instead of Cyber Dragon monster, you can't use Toon Cyber Dragon for it.
