Try "Lemon Magician Girl", it adds any spellcaster from your deck to your hand as long as you compromise with playing a deck with a few MGs.

Aloof can banish a spellcaster and this card from deck. When Alood destroyed, you can grab this card and it already fulfill 1 banished light monster (assuming the spellcaster you banished from hand for Aloof is light)

Yeah I thought about this doggy too. But if aloof gets banished it would be hard to get light Ray back.

Gold Sarc or (Dimension Different Dimension Capsule) do also exist but it might be too slow. However, it's still an option for a banishing focused deck.

I originally thought about Cross breading machine, but it costs sooo much resources that it ends up being a brick in my hand.

Maybe you can search it with some skills? This seems to be the most consistent way, imo.

If it's draw sense light it will be useless, this card requires banished light monsters to be SS. I don't see any skill able to search this guy out. And I have a hard time seeing how to consistently summon him.

Aside from Aloof, Light of Redemption also can grab this card from banished zone.

Dwimmered Path can retrieve it from the grave.

As for searching it from deck, better off using draw sense high level / destiny draw instead of draw sense light.

Justice of Prophecy also can search this card from deck if you can somehow manage to mix Spellbook into the deck.
