Interesting card.
I would love to know how to make use of light Ray sorcerer in a BE deck.
Cross breeding sounds nice for eyes of blue since they are Spellcaster and light like LRS but the BE are dragon and might lead to a brick.
Is there anyway to consistently summon him in most games?
It's just a bad synergy, I guess. There might be some cases where it works like adding Levianeer too and maybe even add some Lightsworn cards. But in general, this card isn't that good.

Lightray sorcerer is a Spellcaster and is level 6. BE has lots of level 1 tuner.
This combines with the currently strongest extra deck tool box level 7 synchro for easy Fortune lady, etc..
I agree that FL Every could be a good way for BE to deal with un-targettable >3000 beatstick like Saber dancer and Dark Cavalry or flip effects with Samurai Destroyer.
So that's why he asked about using this card in BE decks?
It's true BE has no way of dealing with un-targettable 3001+ attack monsters.
Lol, imagine Lightray sorcerer giving BE decks a guaranteed FL Every at will + banishment + retrieve a banished BE that required lots of resources from opponents to banish in the first place.
That card saved me. All my Spirit of White were banished by 1 Karma Cut. Was panicked, then I noticed I could summon this awesome Sorcerer. I returned the favour by banishing his face-up monsters. Then with my level 1 tuners I could do FL Every, Samurai destroyer or Black Rose if it was needed.
If you hate KarmaCut definitely use this good boy.
