In theory, because kids can´t get ahold of any of that stuff every day, but guns are way more common. The censorship board believes exposing pictures of guns to young minds might make them prone to search their father´s pistol and wail it coolly because they look nice in a TCG card... Or at least that´s how they think, anyway.
