From the looks of it, the goal is to summon Vassal and two Suijin (via Angler or Wave).
Two Union Attack can be used, but I'm assuming Lawreencee didn't have a second, so xe replaced it with Spell Reclamation. Two Union Attack is more consistent, but Reclamation works, too (could be the last card).
With two Suijin and two Union Attack, Vassal will gain 10000 ATK for the 9999+ damage bonus.
To deal with the Sphere Kuriboh, Overwhelm is used. I'm assuming Exchange is also used for this purpose. Other options are Divine Wrath, Abyssal Designator, and Armageddon Designator (with your own Sphere Kuriboh).
I'll try using this deck. I modified it though since there are 24 cards in a deck, there's a slim chance that you might not draw the Gravedigger in 5 turns. If that happens, I change the 'Exchange' card to 'Pot of Benevolence'.
