I still think the 2nd Carnival was the worst event of all history, the 1st Carnival coming close. But this one is an easy 3rd.

It's a shame because Kalin is pretty cool. Yet another thing that I hate about this event is that you're shown cards that are impossible to obtain. I hate that.

This event is even worse than the Duel Island: Gladiator Beast fiasco

I belive this event wouldn't be that bad but there are 2 major factors that keep me form loving it.

1) Kalin stalls, A LOT. You can tell the AI is more focused on burning those 5 turns rather than to actually trying to beat you. Which make several duels quite frustrating.

2) The drop rewards are kinda "lame" to be honest, that and an awful drop ratio too.

The issue with Carnivla is that nobody followed the alleged "rules" of the event, people just played with the decks they wanted, which made the whole thing just a glorified mini PVP season.

Yes F**** YES!!! The AI simply looks to stall with no ambition of winning, I only ever lose if my hand is a dead hand which happens suspiciously more often now, hmm...

In all honesty, it isn't about mentality this time. This event and the rankings are two different things. You really can see that the AI mostly plays face-down even if it got cards which would give it the advantage. Also the AI blindly throws away cards away as if they where nothing worth unlike the Anime Kalin, who actually had a well-planned out "no-hand"-hand game.

This event has been consistently reworked through analysis of previous events, we have concluded that the event may be completed event with limited access to cards. Additionally, the events are made to benefit dedicated players.
If you believe you are struggling with this event, please find a more basic game that suits your limited intellect.

This is THE worst event by far.

The big difference between this/Gladial Island fiasco and the horrid abomination that were the carnivals is that on the former 2, even though the opponents are 🔥, they're played by the AI, which has clear patterns and limitations. The Carnival forced bronze players to duel 🔥 decks from Plat/Legend players actually being used by said players... That's extremely messed up.

Espa Roba Duel Carnival was actually good event. I used 🔥 deck and got more rewards than trying to win. Meanwhile in current Kalin event you get nothing if you don't make high points
