Paleozoic cards, when summoned as monsters, are not affected by monster effects. So they are safe from Lava Golem, Grave Squirmer, and the Yubel monsters' effects.

It's not a mistake because the monsters were not sent to the graveyard by monster effect but rather they were tributed, and their effect didn't stop them from being used for a tribute summon. To put it simply, that is considered golem's summoning condition and not his effect, so it won't be negated.
