Clearly made for chimeratech overdragon, which is odd. If that monster is able to attack 5 times I guess you'll win the duel without this skill.

@OP: You're right but there are some cases where this skill is useful (as a niche skill, not as a meta skill):

You can attack 5 times into Obnoxious Celtic Guardian to win and other cards that you can't destroy by battle or monsters with floating effects

I know im just saying its made for a monsters which if allowed can win you the duel before attacking 5 times.
