Can anyone explain why the dic this cards effect doesn’t activate when tribute summoned by tokens? If I tribute summon 1monster+1token it activates but not two tokens. Card states “when normal summoned....”

You CANNOT special summon any monster during that turn to activate its effect.

You’re saying had I special summoned those tokens a previous turn, it would have activated it’s effect?
