The problem with Leon is Golden Castle is FAR too strong (even keeping in mind you won't be able to keep it out), and lacking it would require substantial text edits to his entire cardpool.
Zigfried is more plausible, since it's really only Mischief that's a huge problem, and only a couple of cards specifically deal with it. The Valkyries haven't hit the OCG yet, though, so not happening soon.
Yeah, because freely Summoning a monster from the Deck and preventing the opponent from attacking is clearly something that'd be acceptable. (Even if it'll usually only stick around for 1 turn, keep in mind we don't even have cards like Thunder of Ruler yet... There's a reason for this. And this isn't factoring in Gravelstorm or stuff like Magical Stone Excavation, which would let you re-use it.)

I dont really remember but the little guy was the one who played the golden castle of strongber, so yeah, he might be his brother or at least is step-brother
