Have only ran into 1 glitch so far. I received a time limit loss on my opponent's turn with well over 200 seconds left. I wasn't about to win, but I did have control of the board and he had no cards in his hand. As soon as he drew his card, I was handed a time limit loss.

You guys feel like making a list of the player names here on this comment thread? I can't obviously type other names in foreign characters, but maybe this will be a start.
There is only one answer to all of this. Time Losses & "You Surrendered" come from hackers. Konami would've warned us about KC Cup glitches, but they didn't mention any of that. They only mentioned about cheaters.
I didn't have much of a problem reaching Dlv 15 when it comes to cheaters. But since I've hit 15, I'm trying to stay positive about it. I've ran into a few, but it's still early in the tournament.
Dont be an ape and actual read what I wrote, " But, because I have seen a time limit loss on my opponent and I am not hacking, I cannot help but think some of them at least are not hacks."
