Deck is a bit bricky and banishing your core is quite a heavy cost. That being said... IF THEY DIDN'T LIMIT SAMURAI SKULL, they won't limit Maximus.

I don't think it needs to be limited either. Needs banishing to summon and can't stay in the field by himself. In other words, it needs at least 2 other cards to be on field.
