Remember, You are trying to use Sage Stone to get both of DMG & DM on the field together.
The game has cards which are exclusive. These exclusive cards only work when DMG & DM are on the field together.
You don't want to use the Solo DM cards.
DMA & Thousand Knives are Solo DM support cards.
Those are simply better in decks which Solely try to get DM out.
First of all, you need to know that duel links is game in which we play speed duel. And by speed duel I mean it takes only 5-10 minutes per duel. Thus, it's a bit different from TCG. Adding possessed dark soul or mei kou is not necessary, since you will only have 1 goal for this deck: to summon DM as fast as possible.
The key cards you need are 3 DMG, 2 sage stone, 2 DM, 3 soul exchange, 3 champion's vigilance, and 2-3 legion. The reason you need vigilance is to protect your DM from cards like econ, order to charge, mirror wall once you get him on the field. They are cards that being used by meta decks. If you have your DM out but have nothing to protect it's pointless not to mention very risky.
Once you've collected your combo pieces, start summoning DMG using soul exchange. Then activate sage stone and bring your DM out. Set 1-2 vigilance on the field, wait for the next turn to attack. But if your opponent has more set cards than your vigilance, think carefully whether you should attack or not. Remember that you need soul exchange for DMG only.
You are encouranging card exploits? Yes I agreed it may increase the win rate. But it seemed a really cheap way to win a duel. Imo use cards sparingly to win in a fair match.
There is no such thing as a fair match, guys. In competitive play, you'll want as much advantage as possible. If a deck is destined to be used in PVP, by all means, get as many terminal diseases as possible and stack up on the OP cards and strategies, chances are, you'll probably be beaten by someone who has gone a step further and has become One with the 🔥.
If your deck is merely for playing vs SDs and friends, go ahead and stick to whatever floats your boat.
There will always be a gap between PVP Elitist and Play for Fun, there is no compromise here; please, agree to disagree.
Come on don't get offended. We are having a discussion. We all have our fair share of our opinions. I just don't agreed on using multiple "op" cards to win a match. The word "exploitation" here meant fully make use of something for their benefit. (go google) How is it a deflame?
No one is offended, but I do believe the conversation got a little out of hand considering the OP is about trying to improve on a deck and the discussion was sounding more like a classic "Heart of the Cards" debate. OP just wanted some pointers :l.
BTW, I'm curious as to how the deck looks by this point. I saw double BDS and a single Rogue Doll + Neo on the previous pic, I think we'd all like to see an updated pic, Le.
Pj, you can't get offended at what you read on the internet, otherwise, you lose. Le can use Soul Exchange, he can also rely on Sage's Stone...what's in discussion though is the consistency offered by each strategy and a simple comparison between the two. In the end, Le is the only one able to decide what will make the cut, and that comes after extensive testing.
Now the reason I suggest him to do that is because 3 soul exchange is op as 🔥, and I don't think it counts as card exploits. It may be in your point of view and you're free to think anyways. But whether he should follow my suggestions or not it's his choice to make.
I want to post a gunsblazing's video to show how things work for this deck. Hope this helps. https://youtu.be/GFxplmBn8fI
I forgot to mention that he uses switcheroo here, but it's going to get nerfed bug time soon so you might as well change to skills like power of dark, restart, balance, destiny draw, or last gamble.
