Clearly, the list was made by an Ancient Gear player. That would explain Six Sams being tier one, and Amazoness Warrior + Amazoness Queen laughs at Ancient Gear.
Amazoness is maybe Tier 2, but Subterror generally beats it pretty easily between Stygo and Uma.
Subterrors are also pretty good against Six Sam. Yeah, Dual Wield is a pain, but that can be played around.
What kind of RE build justifies tier 2. I play RE Buster Blader, and while powerful, it's still inconsistent enough to be considered Tier 3 (except against Blue Eyes)
neos masked hero is terrible, red eyes is only good now due to black metal, 6sam is not tier one as they perform terribly against any deck w a monster > 2500 attack (any neos variant, blue eyes, subterror, red eyes even negates all their ways of dealing w it). Yubel is shocking against anyone who knows about timing.
Your list is mostly good but drop 6sam, amazon, delete masked hero, raise koaki.
straight red eyes w new box cards is a better build against most things because black metal gives a turn one play + huge attack and searching. Try watching james warai youtube on it, variant kills 6sams, neos, and most others that aren't blue eyes
