If Bakura steals your BEWD, use Exchange only if you have an dinosaur in your hand, dont use exchange if you have only piranha army. Summon BEWD or dinosaur fusion soon as you can. Always use Gravedigger when theres 2 monster in Bakura graveyard, and always attack her defense position monsters, however he will summon an 2000 ATK monster.

If you attack his monsters to send them to the graveyard, he will have 2 monsters in there and its possible 4 him to summon his necrofear. I can confirm that this deck works about 70% of the time. 15%is me being forced to end the fight early. And the other 15% is just having a 🔥ty hand and luck. I like to use exchange to take his necrofear, but only when I have BEED on the field or in my deck. He just takes a dinosaur which you can destroy easily. And when he exchanges he takes it back or I discard it and banish it afterwards.
-Continuation- my main objective is to banish necrofear. It takes a while sometimes but it works. Just take it from him and hold it for a while until you get enough cards to discard it and banish it right afterwards. He won't use ectoplasmer unless he has 2 monsters on his side of the field. And since I took necrofear he has a hard time.
This deck is good. From what I've seen like 70% of the time bakura doesn't draw necrofear for a long time. For me mostly I've noticed he draws it when he's got 7 cards left. I know his I used exchange at that moment to take it from him
