He most likely doesn't come. His ace cards are both in this box as N rarity.
Even if they put him in with his ace card being available for free through skill only (so open the box for actual copy), what's the point for Konami? N rarity card is easy and cheap to obtain using just gems, it won't generate any profit.
Still false. In his case, look at Scud, konami profited nothing by adding him but yet, they added him to the game anyway other than his 5min appearence. This conversation happened before. If a non-main character has an ace card that has already been in a box or a rarity N, does not mean he/she "won't be added"
At the end of the day, Konami will release a character if they see a reason to (whether that's a niche they fill, lack of available options in a given series, cardpool or popularity of the character.) Granted, I don't think Vetrix really fits any of those unless they really want an anti-Xyz duelist and they don't want to use Kite for it.
I was never expecting Quinton to be playable in the first place, anyway. (Note he is also one of my favourite Zexal characters.) Quattro's somewhat likely I guess, but his strong rivalry with Shark gives him enough of a reason to be there. Trey would be the only one it'd feel slightly weird for IMO, he honestly didn't stand out on his own to me.
Considering that pretty much everyone with a pulse from gx is entering the game and characters like Carly and half the dsod roster anyone from zexal could be playable
