How is Ultimate Rising still a 9.5? there are maybe 2 good cards in it compared to the hundreds terrible ones. There are N cards in Echoes of Silence (Dark Blade) which beat the UR cards in Ultimate Rising (Axe Raider).

Sphere Kuriboh is hardly even good? What the 🔥 guys. Ultimate Rising is rates 9.5 because if you are a F2P player and start the game you will get the most out of buying Ultimate Rising. There is a ton of decent cards in there, ofc there are stronger cards in the game but if you compare the cards to other packs you would rather have the R and Ns from Ultimate Rising than Neo Impact for example.

the only reason a new player should buy ultimate rising is for secret pass to the treasures. there is literally no reason to go farther than that unless you really want a fusion gate, sonic bird, hane hane, kuriboh, shard of greed, or mask of the accursed. those cards are a mix between niche and just plain bad. and yes, kuriboh is hardly good. only good in phoenix, necrofear, or relinquished decks

2, Comparing Pot of greed, a card that has no drawbacks whatsoever, to cyber-stein, a card that takes 5000 LP which you won't even have at the start.

man dude u are an idiot. what do you expect? that after every drop of cards they revaluate all card boxes? ultimate rising was 9.5 at the beginning. but after 10 boxe releases obviously not. they valuate the boxes after their initial release. and that is fair.

Its definitely not fair. Rating is mostly used by new player to help them deciding which packs to be prioritized, so its should always be updated whenever a new packs came out. Leaving the score at initial release is just gamea being lazy and dumb
