This box is large, containing 200 packs. If you were not lucky enough, you would need 10000 gems to get what you want. Hope you are lucky and get what you want soon. In my case, I got my Kuriboh after opening around 150 packs (first release). That time I used my credit card to buy those packs. This release, I collected around 6000 gems and I got my second after opening 60 packs, quite lucky.
You just need to collect more gems, it may needs time, be patient. Don't need your money if you are not rich, it will never be ending. I paid hundreds of dollars buying a lot of cards, now I'm regret and has turned to collect gems in the game instead. Konami don't wanna give you the card because they are running business, they just want you to pay.
And.. I think although Kuriboh is a good card, however it is not that indispensable. There are a lot of cards that function alike(like Etaqua, Security Orb, ECon, Anubis). Collect gems slowly and you will eventually get it, just be patient. I hope you are lucky and get it soon
