So allow you to summon Lv8 or more is the same as Lv7? No, it isn't the same, not even close. Can you summon "Invader of Darkness" with 3SD? You can't! Can you summon "Phoenix Gearfried" with 3SD? You can't! And many more LV8+ monster that would come out can't be summon with 3SD. How is that the same?

It's the same in some degree. Because if you say it like that you cant compare anything with 3SD even though the card cost 3000 lp and 7 star.

3SD alters the monster level on hand. Mauseleum just replace tributes needed with LP to NORMAL summon/ SET monster. If you have double summon, you CAN summon two 7/8 star monster IF you have enough LP.
