I still prefer Cosmic Cyclone over this.
Reason for that is utility. This card is dead in hand when already facing a continuous trap like Onslaught. You can still chain to it, wich mean wait another turn to activate the face up part. And cyclone banishes. Wich is great in the current meta.
If your opponent activate Amazoness Onslaught in responde to GC, it is still destroyed. You need the spell/trap to be set for targeting, once it was targeted the card will be destroyed.
It is still "one step slower" than Cosmic-chan. Wherein Cosmic-chan outright removes a threat so a play can be made, here you need to wait a bit more to remove such threat. There is a bit difference in timing, and slower cards are worse cards. Still, teching in one/two Cosmic-chan and this might be a redeemable idea.
