you shoul be active all the time he will despawn if you are no active in the game i farm him over 20 times a day :) and still no union attack its funny :)
He shows up a decent amount at lvl 40 and I consistently get over 8000 with the bonus, but the drop rate for me is AWFUL! 1st time he ever showed up I lost and got UR Valkyrion somehow, and after that the best I've gotten is 2 Toy Magicians winning over 8000! I don't get it.
What deck are you using to farm him? I don't have all the cards to farm him using the farming decks posted on this site. It's been hard to find a consistent deck to win with.
Don't come Here and say the drop rate is good when some of us are suffering to even see yugi ,let along fet an sr drop from him,or even getting the level 40 one if he spawned in the first place ...
