Any suggestions on building a very annoying deck? I wanna make other players rage quit.

One of the most annoying decks I can recommend to you for making people rage quit while being viable is the Big Shield Gardna Deck. If you get the right cards then meta players can't do anything against you :)

Just use the dinosaur deck with field spell so all ur cards are 1900 lvl 4 cards that are to op to be beaten without effects...
