You can't use aroma strategy since he only appears in gx world

Aroma strategy isn't the problem, his monsters are really strong,and it's hard to increase hazy flame monsters atk and at same time protect them.

Yes, same problem with cerberus deck, both doesn't work, increasing atk with small amount and need a long time doesn't work against power bond.

Use Cerberus with bamboo and other draw cards like into the void and cup of ace to beat him early. Chazz unlocks “draw sense: low level”, so use that to get Cerberus in your hand if he doesn’t start there

Hazy is better against his level 30 deck (because he decks out quickly) but Dark Paladin is better agsinst level 40

I disagree. I used dark paladin on level 40 quite a few times and frequently lost because of light hex sealed fusion.
