Not always. You can also adjust a cheaper tier 2 deck with cards that accounts for threats from current tier 1 decks.

That's a lie for sure. You can get there with aromage but unless you are unbelievably lucky it's going to be a big struggle, you will not just get there easily

Aromages can win easily against yubel which are a common deck
If against six Sam u will have a chance but need good starting hand

I think he may be telling the truth as I just reached Dlv Max and, on one of my Dlv19 duels, ran into an aromage deck. I was shocked. Also, he beat me.....so theres that. Lol
