Please, a question for all of you who got it: Are there specific LD I should prefer dueling for this skill? For example, many say Yugi Lv40 is more probable to drop it. Any suggestions?
Rex, to any skill will be easier since you can use cerberus to farm, also wheevil, but is all about rng, so get always level 40, and farm, odion, wheevil, rex, tea and yugi. There is no such thing as easier to drop it, but the ones easier to farm, so avoid ishizu and kaiba
I got it from Pegasus during the event, so it's random. You can even get good skills from LD level 10/20, so it depends on your resource (in this case, gate keys)
