Given that Overdragon's effect only allows extra attacks on monsters, and since in Duel Links, the opponent can only have 3, Overdragon can only get 4 attacks in, unless the opponent has a monster that can't be destroyed by battle and will need have some way to negate battle damage as a Overdragon with 5 materials will have 4000 atk, or you'd win before 5 hits, the skill wont win often.
You know, it is possible for the skill to come up in competitive play. Amazoness Queen is still pretty common. Throw in an Anti-Magic Arrows to counter the Onslaught and you get through even a defence-position Amazoness.
Not a consistent strategy or great gameplan, but hey, if you don't have a better skill, why not?
