I personally go well with a Zorc+Ritual Cage Deck... try using that. I Suggest using also Wall of Illusion. It has nice Def and can help you stall for time to negate Yubel summon herself

Ultimate providence works too. This is one of the easiest lvl 40 to beat.

he prolly has 100lp because he is aiming for lp on the brink, as for raigeki, its because he is using one of the booster items that ads a random card out of a list that includes raigeki.
