Hey guys, some how this card cannot revive some fusion monster, that’s not good, even my fusion monster didn’t say anything like cannot special summon by other way
It depends on the PSCT. Some cards says "must be ____ summoned and cannot be summoned in other ways", while others have simplified it to just "must be ___ summoned".
The key is actually in the "must" vs "must first"
"must" only, means it can only be summoned that way. While "must first" means it can be revived from the graveyard or banished area as long as it has been summoned properly first.
The only exception is in cards that revive monsters "ignoring the summoning condition", which allows you to revive monsters that uses only "must" for its summoning condition.
However, this doesn't ignore the fact that they still have to be special summoned properly first. They actually only ignore the "cannot be special summoned in other ways" part.
2. Did the fusion monster reach the Graveyard from the field? If it was sent directly from the Extra Deck, then absolutely nothing can revive it. It's a game rule, all Extra Deck monsters must be summoned properly first before they can be revived.
