how do you stop Levianeer? when I played Blue eyes, I could summon Azure and stall for one turn with tag/destroy protection, but what other ways? Ultimate providence does not work because there is a long chain with other monsters from the graveyard
Thunder dragons (and harpies) are a hard match for blue eyes. Thus, blue eyes are no more in tier list. Your only way to deal with levianeer is summon first turn spirit dragon and on opponents turn summon azure once you see 3 monsters in his frave without second thought. Thunder dragons can't pass azure effect. Then you will have 1 turn to push for victory. Thats the best you can do.
You havent realised that those cry babies who define banlists are platinum rank and bellow players? Blue eyes dominates in low ranks because is a simple mind easy to use deck. You summon fat mosters you set traps for ptotection. End of story.
In higher ranks it struggles against tier decks and vs harpies/td is auto loose.
BE is still the most used deck for Platinum and above. Don't be too happy with your tiered harpie. Only 1 week to go for KCGT and it will be followed by a banlist for sure.
Why don't they return the same TD cards to the limit list no need to hit a N card that as far as I know can only be used effectively by 2 decks (TD and Metaphys)
