I would suggest using lightsworn but their effects of nuking your own deck, but that's not good on speed duels.

I honestly would be both surprised AND pleased if she has even one skill that support Lightsworn or the self-mill playstyle

Lightsworn really need a card or skill that returns cards in Graveyard to deck to prevent deck-out.

Preferably a skill, so that it doesn't clog the deck.....

Something like "If your deck has 5 or less cards, and you have at least 10 Lightsworn cards in your Graveyard, shuffle 5 cards in your Graveyard to your Deck. This Skill can only be activated once per turn."

There are cards that shuffle cards from the Gy into the deck like Transmigration Prophecy or whatever they call it. But a skill would be better

Not sure Konami would do that.

If they replace some cards by character skills you won't have to use your credit card again.

Konami already knows that people will spend a bunch of money each month & reserve gems trying to get 3 UR from boxes if others think the cards will be T1. They (konami) will manage
