A level 7 synchro with generic summoning conditions and card destruction of 1-3 cards per turn. With absolutely no sacrifice needed for the destruction. This just screams Forbidden/Limited List.
Forbidden? Heck no. Not nearly as bad as six samurai guy with dual wield. I can possibly see limited, but it wouldn’t matter with sohoya’s ability to bring him back and black wing “summonibility”. You can’t limit all the black wings that special summon themselves. (Please don’t, this new black wing deck is so much fun)
It is useless as generic because you need to control other blackwings monster to destroy at least 1 card.
Still, you are right about being in the limited list after a couple of months. It's a Rare so it's pretty obvious it's gonna get limited as they almost always hit Rare cards from boxes.
