blue eyes kinda sucks not the monster but its support, yes it has a lot of support but all of it relies on bringing it out from hand even birthright which can bring form grave will first require you to use another card to sent it to grave from hand cuz there isn't a single card that can send blue eyes from deck to grave this limits hand options and spell/trap protection a lot
and you rely on a single monster to win. to efficiently use blue eyes you need to use many week monsters for its summon meaning at almost any time blue eyes will be the only powerful monster you have on the field and if it gets floodgated you're done it could get taken with e-con and many other things
but if you are a fan of blue eyes this is probably the best deck to use it in -

2x kidmodo dragon
3x crystal seer
3x stamping destruction
2x ancient rules
1x curse of anubis
1x windstorm of etaqua
stamping is real expensive tho so storm or ama may be better for backrow removal
