To be honest its more of a thinker deck. It has so much room for missplays if you have a miss step. You need to play well to maintain your resource. Definitely not a beginner type of deck you need to know how to play it before playing it. If you use it efficiently this deck is golden though.
By that logic then no deck use skill in duel links since they all use the same combo
The difference between spellbook with other deck for example sylvan is spellbook has many possible play that need a lot of thinking and even the good players can sometime misplay nlike sylvans that most of the time only do a komushroomo-pass and hope they can mill a lot of plants cards
Do you want to play against quick otk decks Sylvan or Masked Hero instead? Because i guess that's the type of deck you like to play against since they will otk you before you can even think about leaving the duel
Sylvan tends to buckle under my spellbook deck and my new version with 30 cards and forbidden seal neuters masked heros. They tend to surrender after I break their back but before turn 3/4 otk.
No they dont an it is SPELLBOOKS REQUIRE YOU KNOWING WHAT TO SEARCH BASED ON WHAT UR OPP. HAS ON FIELD AN WHAT YOU OPEN WITH YOU WOULD KNOW THAT IF U PLAYED THE DECK
Especially the 20 card variant. You need to calculate your resource and manage it according to your position in the duel. The 30 card variant is a different story though its more luck based I guess... Since it really depend on what you draw first turn and what you mill out.
