There are many characters that a lot of people would love, but you know... It's too many....
If any character deserves a spot in Duel Links, it sure isn't Goza-bastard-buro. I have no idea why anyone would want him as a playable character. Noa on the other hand would be a wise choice. Unlike Gozaburo, he's actually dueled a time or two and knows what he's doing.
