Ive got like 4k gems in last week just by leveling up characters up to lvl 19. And now im at legend rank 2 for first time playing with a Sea Stealth Attack deck. I dunno why people spout hate so much... I guess this west world is really ill or something ... such sore losers my gosh...
People hate SSA because it is almost impossible to deal with unless you happen to have the few cards that can counter it or play the same deck. Here is a thought exercise: How can someone win against you when you have SSA, Legendary Ocean, and two water monsters (one of whom is +5*)? Try to come up with an answer that is not Cosmic Cyclone, Anti-Magic Arrow, Arkbrave Dragon, or Rose Lover.
Ive personally counter it using a machine angel ritual. If u think ca deck is way too expensive. You can use vennu instead of saffira. Another oftion isusing man eater bugs or monsters thst destroy cards like flying fish. Ssa can beused only once per turn, thats the key to defeat it.
CA would work if the SSA user only has 1 water monster on field. Man-eater Bug probably won't work, because it's too slow. Flying Fish could definitely work, and so would Abyss Soldier... but those Mako cards. And this brings up another problem-- in order to beat SSA without the specific counters, you need to throw multiple destruction effect at it, just to deal with that *one* card.
SSA isn't unbeatable like some people make them out to be, but the fact that you either need to play specific cards or specific decks to beat them, or throw more than 1 card just to get pass that 1 card, is why people hate SSA.
Hm. But what if you can't draw Cyber Stein? I imagine that'd be an issue, especially since Life Boost b reduces your starting hand by 1. Perhaps "Duel Stand-by" with a lot of healing cards would be more reliable? And even if you do manage to get Cyber Stein... which monster would you summon? Is there really a fusion monster that can deal with SSA reliably?
Oh... I forgot about Ojama King. Then yes, that would work, and would probably work against everyone else too. Ojama King would fall apart if they also have Tribute to the Doom or Forbidden Chalice, but it'd probably work against, like, 95% of the decks.
lol Then I'm one of the 5% who don't use Forbidden Chalice, despite knowing how valuable it is... But I honestly think not many people use them. I mean, if they have those, they'd have used them to stop my Felgrand cards, wouldn't they...?
You can even beat SSA even with tea's mighty burn deck.
Just need to control your opponent and scrap his deck. SSA only works if u plan to attack, if you burn him to death with masks burning land, gobling thief, curse of anubus, etaqua an worm scrapper, SSA player will surrender. Another option is using parasite infestation + LAVA GOLEM, that trap that doblues attack and a amazoness swordwoman.
Another cheap options is using a special summon deck like flying fish or six samurais + that quick effect card that destroys cards if u offer a monster, (it comes in servants of the kings pack). Wewww... tons of options.
The big problem is that if u win to ssa, you lose to sylvans. But that dykaed solved the problem using gravekeepers lol when almost nobody thought about that. Maybe because you need 3 not very popular UR (not now at least) cards. Rest of the deck was from card trader and lvling up the beatiful Ishizu *.*
