Play this card in lightsworn deck and do some synchro summon and synchro again using synchro monster to make sure it has 30 cards but the problem is this card would be sent to GY by lightsworn monster effect.

Who says you have to make LS synchro? Make any other synchro instead.

anything will do, but I think LS engine dumps cards quicker than the others.

With only 1500 damage per card, if you want to OTK off this card alone, you'd gonna need all 3 copies in your hand and not getting them milled.

Well, you're not supposed to Set this card until after you fulfilled the 30 cards requirement.

Then when the opponent's turn comes, immediately activate this card.
