Pro OTK duelist doesn't use WoD, that trap is only for noob and slow players. Even in OCG most OTK decks doesn't use trap as it's too slow.

Turbo Whale doesn't use WoD, but it uses SSA, an equally broken card that renders combat irrelevant.
