Just gonna say report cards you feel are too op that’s how they get hit
Flood gate is way too over powered
Gives too much pluses and no draw back if once a turn it wouldn’t be as bad
But not onl does it block a summon sets it and it takes up space and can’t hangs position. It needs hit to 1 or banned.

No, they're just being smart. You'd be hella pissed if you invested money to get 3 copies of some UR/SR only for konami to ban/limit them later.
