There's a mistake on this page. One of the Cons says, "Requires 1 Tribute to Normal Summon." I don't think this card needs any tributes; it's a Lvl 4 monster.
The Pros also says it can banish any monster destroyed by battle, which isn't even close to anything in the card text. I think they got mixed up when adding this card in to their database.
