Yusei on turbo duel will set the Stardust Dragon on the field for you, even if you don't play as Yusei. Then use the skill for Formula Synchron.

And on lv2000+ turbo duel it's even easier, Yusei not only put the Stardust Dragon into the field for us before our first turn, he also put the Formula Synchron at the same time lol
