This is the optimal build. You only need one Cerulean. The main goal is to have Terror Incarnate on the field to blow both Blue Chicken and Yellow Chicken every turn

I don't think high, you can't even summon your monster properly because even if you have a good hand, they Canadia Floodgated most of the time (Disciple of N). Worse than Fire king island.
It is extremely useful because you can use it on your own monster (fire king Yaksha) if opponent don't want to attack it or summoned something like Armades/Ancient gear robot/Ultra athletes which negate effects
