I think he'll come with Red-Eyes Darkness/Metal Darkness, but also the Sphere cards from the Manga as well, since Joey has Red-Eyes support covered. Hopefully he'll be out in 2019!
Unless they decide to either quit releasing GX characters or start pulling a bunch of new datamined ones like how they seem to be doing with DM, they will eventually be forced to give us Atticus after March. There is no one else currently on the new GX list except for him and another Jaden and Zane (if they aren't event-only characters.)
