Yes, but we have to look at the bigger picture to understand why this is meta: first true invoked neos and shiranui got nerfed thus the power level decreased a lot, second the remaining decks tend to solve everything by destruction effects and don't run backrow: blackwing and cydras. Destruction benefits desperado and nk, since they can float upon destruction

Witchcrafter never recovered from the banlist, in its current state the deck is slow

Today's invoked neos isn't as good as people think, it is close to just another gouki deck (don't draw traps I'm done for)

tl;dr The banlist, the decrease in power level and 2 waves of support is what has NK in the meta............at least until book of moon gets released
